We will ship your order within 24-48 hrs. of receipt of payment. It takes 2-3 business days for the package to reach you once it has been shipped. In most cases you will receive your order within 6-10 days from the time you place your order providing you submit or mail your payment the same day you place your order. You will receive a tracking number by email from the US Postal service once your package has been shipped.
Can I use a Credit Card to pay for my order?
NO, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Check by phone, E-Check and Pay Pal ARE NOT ACCEPTED at all! Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with detailed payment instructions. Please follw the payment instructions in the email confirmation. First time customers are required to pay by Online Bill Pay through your own bank's website or by sending a money order or certified bank check by mail for the first 3 orders. After 3 orders are complete you can continue to use Online Bill Pay or switch over to sending a personal check by mail after you have completed 3 orders using Money Order or Online Bill Pay. No order will ship until payment has been received!
How do I show proof of age or show you my ID?
You must be 21 years of age or older to order from us. First time customers should scan a copy of your drivers license or state issued ID and email it to us once you have placed your order. Please include the order number in the email when sending your license or ID scan via email. You can also photo copy your ID and include it with your payment by mail. Those who use Online Bill Pay to pay for your order are not required to send your ID since your bank verifies your age for us. If you do not use Online Bill Pay or you do not scan your ID or mail your ID to us, we will require an adult signature upon delivery of your package and you will be required to show proof of age when accepting and signing for your package. If you have already sent us your ID or use Online Bill Pay to pay for your order we will NOT require a signature upon delivery.
When should I re-order?
We recommend that everyone should allow ample time for us to receive your payment, process your order, and ship your order. When placing your order you should allow at least 10 days before you expect to receive your shipment. This should allow enough time for us to process your order and make sure you receive your order before you run out. Please always order at least 10 days prior to running out of cigarettes!
How is my order shipped?
Your order ships via Priority Mail from the US Postal Service. Packages will arrive 2-3 days after they have been shipped. We DO NOT offer next day shipping. Your package should come the same time of day as your regular mail delivery in most cases.
