1) All Federal & North Carolina Cigarette Excise Taxes have been paid by Carolina Cartons and it's customers on every carton bought and sold. The Federal Cigarette Excise Tax of $10.10 per carton & the North Carolina Cigarette Excise Tax of $3.50 per carton is figured into the price of each carton and is paid by Carolina Cartons to it's Suppliers and is transferred to the purchaser and included in the price of each carton sold. For every carton purchased, the buyer has paid the $10.10 per carton Federal Cigarette Excise Tax & the $3.50 per carton North Carolina Cigarette Excise Tax.

2) Since March of 2005, All of the Major Credit Card companies and Pay Pal have banned all Credit Card and Debit Card transactions for all online tobacco/cigarette sales. Please follow the payment instructions in the confirmation email sent to you after you have placed your order, or review the payment options on our home page. First time customers are required to send a Money Order by mail or use Online Bill Pay through your Bank's Website for the first 3 orders.

3) It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with any laws in regard to the purchase and use of any cigarette products. In order to determine the applicable limits on purchases or taxing responsibilities, if any, imposed by your particular state, the consumer may want to contact their state authorities.

4) All products purchased from CarolinaCartons.com are for Personal Use Only and are NOT FOR RESALE.

5) Transfer of title to the goods being sold in this order is taking place in North Carolina. Accordingly, as the buyer, you may elect to pick the goods up at the point of sale or direct the seller to ship the goods on your behalf via the United States Post Office. (this is implied by placing your order). Shipment will be at your sole and exclusive direction and at your sole and exclusive expense (this means you agree to pay our set shipping rates located on our shipping page). We require an adult signature with valid State issued I.D. for all first time oders upon receipt of delivery. It is illegal to falsify your age in order to purchase cigarettes or tobacco products. It is also illegal to purchase cigarettes or tobacco products on behalf of a minor.

7) CarolinaCartons.com will ONLY ship products within Continental Unietd States.

8) A 6.75% sales and use tax will be added on all products shipped to a North Carolina address.

9) We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time, especially when it is believed your purchase may be by a minor or on behalf of a minor. We also may refuse any sale we determine to be fraudulant.
